FAME Flexible Learning Centre
Administration Officer
The FAME Flexible Learning Centre is part of the EREA Central West Flexi Schools Network and takes a special place within Edmund Rice Education Australia. The work of the centre strongly resonates with the early beginnings of the Christian Brothers and in particular with the work of the Irish founder, Edmund Rice.
I implemented and supported the professional development of staff equipping them to use SEQTA across the two school sites which improved leading, teaching, and learning.
2019-Present
The Learning Future
Director of Operations
The Learning Future is a strategy and professional learning organisation that works globally to support educators, schools, leaders, and organisations to thrive in our constantly changing world. Our work seeks to transform learning environments, systems, and structures so that we better empower individuals to develop the key human capabilities that matter most for our learning future.
I supported the founding of the organisation developing systems and processes for managing client workflows, meeting the growth targets of the organisation, and tripling our earnings over the first 3 years.

2017 - 2018
WESTPAC
Lending Connect Banker
WESTPAC provides a range of tools and systems to support people in managing and accessing their finances.
I built, maintained, and deepened customer relationships by personalising service, securing trust, being open and honest, listening to and understanding their situations. I provided differentiated and tailored banking solutions and education for diverse customers.
2015 - 2016
Warddeken Land Management
Founding School Staff
The Nawarddeken Academy is an independent school in West Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. The community (Kabulwarnamyo) operates as a ranger outstation, managing approximately 1 million hectares of Indigenous Protected Area. The school is in a balabala (large, side-less tent) with limited access to power and internet.
I worked closely with Bininj staff to construct a contextually and culturally appropriate work environment connecting with individuals and their families. I organised finance, payroll, resource supply and distribution, and all other aspects of managing and supporting staff.
2013 - 2015
Mimili Anangu School
Administraion and Finance Officer
Mimili Anangu School is an Aboriginal school on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands in the Northwest of South Australia. It is a Birth to Year 12 school, and classes are multi-level. The population is quite transient.
I provided financial management and advice to leadership, committees, and staff across multiple school sites and the central office.
I ensured all work performed by non-teaching staff supported strategic plans, aims and objectives through managing and coordinating their activities.
